As such, the government intends to arrange and relocate them to Gedebage market.Thepurpose of this study is to describe the policy implementation of the streetvendor arrangement and the constraints faced in implementing the policy. This research uses descriptive-qualitative approach. It also uses the observation and documentation method. Finally, the result shows that the policy implementation of the street vendors at Bandung square is unuccesful yet.
